We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Riad Fes Aicha. The courtyard was stunning and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The black-soap in the shower was a treat for tired feet. The staff, particularly Ayad, was attentive and made our stay memorable. Despite a slight odor in our room, it didn't diminish our overall enjoyment. we would recommend this hotel for its beautiful ambiance and helpful staff.

the hotel was clean and incredible, loved it. they offered amazing breakfast in the courtyard. the location was absolutely perfect, you can visit medina by walking. too bad that we didn't have time, but we would love to return.

The staff was very very helpful, they provided an excellent service. The hotel's position was perfect, near the markets and restaurants as well as restaurants of interest.

This hotel is a great option if you'd like to explore the picturesque streets of the medina. Its location in a back alley and close to main attractions, such as the traditional pharmacies and town centre, provides an immersive experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast, cooked fresh daily, is a standout. Friendly and helpful staff will assist you with anything you might need, and the hotel's rooftop terrace offers an impressive view. However, some reviews mention one negative experience with pushy porters, so be aware of this possibility.

I truly enjoyed the room with a big bathroom. Location: the hotel was very close to the outskirts of the Medina, quite a distance from the markets and restaurants of interest and the highlights of Fez.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel located in the heart of the old city. The hotel facilities were great and we loved the beautiful inner courtyard where we had a delicious and plentiful breakfast each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and tips for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location made it perfect for us to explore and experience this city's unique culture.
Nothing that we didn't like. This hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with an exceptional stay.
